Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, managing queries and building strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Lead the coordination of the annual review process from end to end, including valuations, documentation, and post-meeting actions.

  • A strong interest in building client relationships and being involved in their financial journey.
  • Comfortable attending client meetings and acting as a client-facing representative of the firm.

  • A team player who enjoys working collaboratively and contributing to a high-quality advice process.

This Role Would Suit:

Anyone looking for a role that can grow into advice down the line, due to the companies expansions plans over the next 5 years, that move through to advice will be supported, and this is a perfect role for developing those soft skills.

  • A senior administrator ready to take on more client-facing responsibility.
  • A junior paraplanner who loves client interaction and wants to grow those skills
  • Someone on the path to becoming an adviser who would relish the chance to develop deep client relationships.

Benefits Include:

  • Critical illness, DIS and Private Medical, as well as 5% pension and 25 days holiday.
