Mobile Electrical Engineer

Mobile Electrical Engineer - FM Service Provider - Berkshire, Hertfordshire and South Bucks - Up to 42,500

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in Berkshire, Hertfordshire and South Bucks. CBW are currently recruiting a mobile Electrical Engineer to be based on a mixed commercial & residential contract. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a proven track record in commercial / property building maintenance. He or she will be required to carry out M&E planned and reactive maintenance.

Key duties & Responsibilities

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution)
• Emergency lighting
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
• General building fabric
• Monitor mechanical plant

Hours of Work

• Monday to Friday (40 hour week)
• 08:00am to 17:00pm

Requirements

• Electrically qualified - You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2&3 (Required)
• City & Guilds - 18th Edition (Required)
• AM2 (Required)
• Inspection & Testing 2391 (Desirable)
• LVAP (Desirable)
• HVAP (Desirable)
• A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance
• Excellent customer service skills
• Happy to cover a large site
• Honest, hard working and reliable

Package

• Up to 42,500 per annum
• Overtime available
• 24 days holiday + BH
