• Plan and deliver tailored lessons that meet the diverse needs of students with SEN.
• Implement strategies to support students with additional needs, including those with Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs).
• Foster an inclusive, engaging, and structured classroom environment that promotes student confidence and achievement.
• Work closely with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and external specialists to provide holistic support.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents, carers, and other stakeholders.
• Use innovative teaching methods to engage and inspire students with a range of learning difficulties.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Previous experience working as an SEN Teacher or supporting students with additional needs.
• A strong understanding of SEN strategies and the ability to implement them effectively.
• Excellent communication, patience, and adaptability.
• A passion for supporting children with diverse learning needs and helping them achieve their full potential.
