Site Manager

Our client is seeking highly skilled Facade Site Managers to join their team! With 5 immediate vacancies available, this is your chance to work on exciting projects across country working from our Head Office in Portsmouth with national travel. Candidates with a commuting distance to our office and flexibility to work on the south coast in 2026 are also encouraged to apply.

Position Highlights:

• Role: Site Manager and/or Quality Control Manager
• Vacancies: 5 (Immediate Start)
• Experience Required: Minimum of 4 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Site supervision and technical knowledge in cladding and fire remediation
• Managing on-site safety
• Leading teams effectively
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Logistical and time management skills
• Competence in technical tools and software
• Financial awareness and cost control
• Keeping up-to-date with industry regulations
• Supervising technical work on-site
• Ensuring quality control at the workface
• Compiling and managing all QA activities
• Collaborating with stakeholders on all quality matters

Salary Band: 40,000 - 55,000 per annum

Based out of our head office in Portsmouth with projects throughout the country including

- Bristol

- Birmingham

- Leeds

- Nottingham
