Interim Estates Surveyor

We are pleased to be supporting a local authority in East Anglia with the appointment of an Interim Estates Surveyor on an initial 3-6-month contract, with a strong likelihood of extension.

Contract Length: 3-6 months (initially)
Day Rate: Up to £450 per day (DOE)
Location: East Anglia
Working Arrangements: 1-2 days per week in the office

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and progressing rent reviews, including negotiation and completion
• Delivering rent reviews across the portfolio
• Undertaking general estates management duties
• Liaising with internal stakeholders and external advisers

Skills & Experience Required

• MRICS preferred (or working towards, with strong relevant experience).
• Local authority experience is desirable.
