Salary: 42,000 - 50,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Accommodation: Live-in flat provided (no pets, alone living)

About Our Client: A prestigious private household in Kensington seeking a dedicated Houseman to ensure the smooth operation of their luxury home. This role is ideal for a candidate with a commitment to excellence and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Property Maintenance: Regular inspections, basic repairs, and liaising with contractors.
• Housekeeping Support: Assist with heavy cleaning tasks and moving furniture.
• Security: Ensure the property is secure at all times.
• Driving Duties: Provide transport for the family around London and maintain vehicles in excellent condition.
• General Support: Run errands, manage household supplies, and assist with events.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Strong multitasking and security skills.
• Valid UK driving license with no points.
• Professional appearance and demeanour.
• Non-smoker, DBS check required.
• Flexibility to work weekends as needed.
