Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the installation and maintenance of mechanical systems on residential projects.

• Lead and manage a team of engineers and subcontractors to ensure high-quality delivery.

• Coordinate daily operations, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.

• Perform regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and technical standards.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to the team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor within M&E contracting, preferably in the residential sector.

• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and their installation in residential buildings.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.
