Speech And Language Therapist

Integrity Education Solutions are supporting a unique independent SEN group in London, providing therapeutic education to children and young people with special educational and neurodiverse needs. They are seeking a qualified, HCPC registered Speech and Language Therapist to join their residential day school in East London on a permanent basis, with an immediate start subject to availability.

As part of the growing therapeutic team, you ll provide expert support through both in-person and online therapy, collaborating with educational and pastoral staff. Your role will involve creating and delivering bespoke interventions for neurodiverse pupils with complex needs, helping them develop independence through therapeutic education.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver high-quality therapy to children and young people with complex communication, learning, and behavioural challenges.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure effective therapeutic education and bespoke interventions.
• Provide online therapy services, offering continuous support for pupils.
• Coach and develop staff to improve practice and outcomes.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience with children with SEMH, ASC, and complex needs.
• Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience.
• HCPC registered.
• Strong organisational and multi-disciplinary collaboration skills.
• Ability to coach and develop staff.

Salary: £43,000 - £55,000 (Dependent on experience)
