Director - Employers Agent

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled and experienced Employers Agent to join a respected multidisciplinary consultancy based in South East London. This is a Director level position offering significant responsibility and a chance to make a lasting impact within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Employers Agent function, overseeing a wide range of projects across various sectors.
• Provide expert advice to clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout the project.
• Lead contract negotiations and manage contractual matters with a keen focus on mitigating risks.
• Take a hands-on approach in managing a team of professionals, providing mentorship and fostering career development.
• Contribute to the growth and development of the team and wider business, identifying opportunities for new projects and expanding client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, standards, and best practices.

Key Requirements:

• MRICS (or equivalent) qualification is essential.
• Significant experience working as an Employers Agent, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
• A deep understanding of the construction process and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
