About the Role

As Senior Business Development Manager - Bridging Finance, you'll be responsible for originating and converting bridging finance deals, building strong broker relationships, and delivering completions against ambitious but achievable targets. You'll have the freedom to leverage your broker network, operate with autonomy, and be rewarded with uncapped commission for your success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Originate and convert bridging finance deals across residential, semi-commercial, and commercial sectors.
  • Develop and manage broker relationships, focusing on both core and new introducers.
  • Deliver completions against agreed targets
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales and wider team to execute growth strategies.
  • Represent the business at industry events and networking opportunities.

Package & IncentivesBasic

  • Salary: £60,000-£65,000
  • OTE: £90,000+ realistic, with uncapped commission
  • Commission Structure: Tiered, based on fees received (typically 5-15%), reset quarterly

  • Proven experience in bridging finance business development (or similar specialist lending).
  • Strong broker network and ability to generate new business.
