The Company
With a history spanning more than 100 years, the SAUTER Group is a worldwide market-leading specialist in developing, manufacturing, and delivering Building Management Solutions (BMS) for large commercial and residential properties.

- Manage all contractual aspects of the projects, including payments, variations, notices, extensions of time, claims for loss and expense and dispute resolution with assistance from the Project Director and Commercial team.
- Establish and manage financial targets to achieve predetermined objectives, including regular reporting of financial status, risks and progress updates to the Project Director.
- Provide technical support to both customers and engineering teams utilising resources from centralised departments, specialist suppliers and sub-contractors.
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and closeout documentation, to ensure accountability and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships whilst identifying and supporting new business opportunities within our existing customer base.
- Ensure accurate billing of works, from preparing payment applications to final account negotiation and settlement.
- Assess variations and support the team in maximising opportunities.

- Exhibit a high level of self-motivation, organisational ability, and dedication to meeting deadlines.
- Be confident and have a commitment to providing a high quality, professional service.
- Capable of building and maintaining effective working relationships.
