Senior Building Surveyor

We are currently working with a highly respected, award-winning property consultancy within the social housing and public sectors. They are looking to appoint a Senior Building Surveyor to join their established team in Kent.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and commercially aware professional to step into a key role, working on meaningful projects that make a real impact in the community.

As a Senior Building Surveyor, you'll take ownership of a diverse range of projects, delivering surveying services, managing client relationships, and contributing to the growth of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and deliver building surveying projects across a varied portfolio
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business and referrals
Prepare tender documents, technical reports, and manage project timelines and budgets
Participate in strategic planning and contribute to business development
Ensure compliance with health and safety, QA, and environmental standards

You will:

Ideally MRICS qualified, with a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience
Have strong technical skills and commercial acumen
Be organised, proactive, and confident managing your own workload
