Operations Executive, Investment Management

An established investment management firm is looking for a motivated and detail-driven Operations Executive to support the operational functions across a broad range of fund structures.Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile cash and stock positions and transactions
• Conduct pre-trade compliance checks
• Produce exposure and performance reports at period end
• Support fund managers and investment product teams
• Manage regulatory disclosures for significant holdings
• Oversee fund administration and accounting processes
• Monitor and resolve trade mismatches and settlement issues

Candidate Profile:

• Strong understanding of financial instruments, trade lifecycle, and fund structures
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Degree and professional qualifications (e.g., IMC, ACCA, CFA) preferred or willingness to study
• Highly numerate with strong attention to detail
• Team player with initiative and a solution-oriented mindset
• Minimum 3 years' experience in investment operations or fund administration
