Having been established for over 17 years, Fratelli is an award-winning Italian restaurant with 3 locations in Ampthill and Woburn in Bedfordshire.

Our Chefs are responsible for:

• Ensuring adequate levels of stock at all cooking and meal preps stations.
• Preparing and delivering great food during high volume, peak times of the business
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and complete the daily cleaning checklists.
• Full compliance with Fratelli Food, Health and Safety policies and procedures.

Using your prior culinary experience, you ll be responsible for preparing and delivering great food during high volume, peak times of business, ensuring a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.

Chef De Partie - What we re looking for:

• Knowledge of culinary and food hygiene practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Self-motivated, shows initiative, confident and a strong team-player.
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques and production processes.

Candidates must be age 18 or over due to the hours of the role

Candidates must be UK residents to be considered for the role

Experience: Italian cuisine: 1 year (preferred)

National Insurance Number & Settlement Status required

Chef De Partie - What we offer

• £30,000 - £33,000 pa
• Share of Tronc (approx £500 per month based on working 40 hours per week)

Chef De Partie - Job duties:

• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards
• Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment
• Restock items as needed throughout the shift
• Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards
• Menu planning
• Recording food temperatures

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Weekend availability

You will be required to provide a valid proof of Right to Work in the UK. This can be a valid passport OR birth certificate along with your National Insurance documentation (both must be present OR another form of valid right to work documentation. As applicable, you must have a minimum of 6 months work eligibility available on the right to work documentation that you provide.
