Roofer

Right Contract's are looking for 2x blue carded roofers for a long-term project with one of our existing clients.

The project is expecrted to go for 2 years and covering the below tasks:

• Roof area: 117 m2
• Roof tiles: Forticrete SL8

• Insulation over wall plate
• Insulation to party walls and between battens
• 1200mm rafter roll
• Over fascia vent
• Felt support tray
• Felt
• Batten
• Tile, nailing and clipping tiles as per nailing spec
• Under batten dry tile valleys
• Lead flashings
• Stagger battens 1 in 4 as per LABC regulations
• Tanilise batten ends
• Install vents as per drawings (including flexi pipe)
• Cut ridge felt as per LABC regulations
• Forticrete dry ridge system
• Forticrete dry verge system including verge starters
• Double screw ridge end cap
• Clean down tiles from wet cutting
• Clean scaffolding and under scaffolding
• Clear loading bay and store materials back in compound/container on completion

Site times are 08:00 - 16:30.

This job is on price work, and a price list will be explained at the next stage, but expected earnings are 260 a day.
