Multi Trader

My well-known Social Housing and Property Maintenance Client is currently looking to hire experienced Multi-Traders.

Please note, there is minimal travel required for this contract. Areas covered include Bethnal Green and Hackney.

The Client is currently managing 4,000 to 5,000 properties and is seeking Multi-Traders to complete day-to-day reactive repairs and Cyclical Decorations.

In this role, you will be working on tenanted social housing properties, ensuring that maintenance and reactive repair tasks are carried out to a high standard.

This is a long-term contract, 6 months or more, with the possibility of ongoing work.

Rate of Pay: £20.00 per hour

You will receive a van and a fuel card.

Multi Traders will be paid weekly, one week in arrears through CIS

Requirements:

• UK Driving License (up to 6 points allowed)
• DBS Certificate dated within the past year
• 5+ years of experience in Multi Trader role, or be able to do 3 or more trades (Painting, plastering, plumbing, tiling, joinery, electrics, carpentry)
