Temporary Night Shift Transport Administrator / Coordinator - £17 per hour We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a well-established recycling company based in North Acton.

Our client is seeking a reliable and experienced Transport Administrator / Coordinator to manage and support their night shift operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a busy and growing team, ensuring smooth coordination of drivers and transport schedules.

Shift Pattern (4 on, 4 off rolling):

• 2 nights: 6:00 PM - 4:00 AM
• 2 nights: 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Training:

2-days training:Friday and Monday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate:

• £17 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and dispatching drivers each night
• Managing transport schedules and ensuring timely movements
• Communicating with drivers to resolve delays or route issues
• Logging and updating transport data accurately
• Supporting the overall night shift operations on site

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in a transport or logistics admin role
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Able to stay calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
• Confident using IT and transport systems
• Punctual, dependable, and able to work night shifts

Location: North ActonImmediate Start - Training Begins Friday!
