Job Requirements/Description
- You'll manage complex cases, assess risk and plan intervention in a timely manner and, always, making sure that the children's voices are heard and recorded consistently.
- We'll also expect you to contribute to the team - helping us develop and improve standards and quality, helping us to achieve the best possible outcomes for our children and their families.
- You will be expected to coach less experienced colleagues and deputise for the team manager when necessary.
- Our Children Social Care workforce is strong and growing, we have navigated the recent challenges with agility and resilience, and we are now entering our next phase of improvements.
