We are looking for a capable a talented Chef de Partie to join our team.
You will need to have good time management and be able to work under pressure, serving quality food without compromising quality.

All food is done in house, from our homemade Sourdough with Cultured Butter to Cured Meat, Traditional and modern butchery, serving traditional dishes served without fuss in our traditional Victorian Pub and contemporary dining room.
All breaks are Paid , also Staff drinks, staff meals and staff discount available to all workers; We pay tronc even when on holiday!
In house training will be provided as well as visit to suppliers and there is scope for career advancement within the company for the right candidate.
