At Riverside we recruit to potential not just on skills and experience, so we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all the essential criteria on the job description.The difference you will make as a Systems & Performance AnalystThe Property Services Directorate manages the repair and maintenance service and Property Management to over 22,000 properties across London, the Southeast and the Home Counties. The directorate undertakes repairs, servicing, voids, Property Management, Environmental services, and planned maintenance work to our customers' homes via our in-house team and a variety of contractors and service providers who are employed on our behalf. This includes repairs to general needs, leasehold, market rent and our specialist Care and Support schemes. Our work also includes statutory and regulatory compliance checks.About youWe are looking for someone with:

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Experience managing and supporting systems such as Oneserve/DRS (or equivalent Task, Scheduling or Field Service Management Applications) following a best practice management framework ideally supported by a qualification (Such as ITIL Foundation)
• Experience is supporting Mobile Apps (Installation and Configuration)
• Experience mapping and updating business processes.
