Ocean freight operations

NEW JUST IN: Our client is a multi modal freight forwarding logistics provider based in Colnbrook, they are looking for someone with strong ocean freight knowledge of either Imports or Exports or ideally both.

Duties include:

- Bookings with customers

- Managing pre-alerts

- Monitoring vessel arrival / departure times

- Updating customers

- Preparing customs documents for clearance

- Creating invoices

- Dealing with supplier bookings

- FCL / LCL

- Billing customers
