We are looking for an exceptional Barista / Front of house whizz to join this vibrant and creative site - recently refurbished by award-winning architects. You will take charge of this exciting location of flex space A unique opportunity to combine operational leadership with some first class barista servicing. You will become the main point of contact for all occupiers, vendors and shareholders ensuring smooth operations, strong relationships and first class service to all. As well as providing superb coffee to the wider building!

Responsibilities:

• Managing daily operations - acting as the main point of contact for both occupiers and property managers
• Providing a friendly, welcoming and efficient front of house experience
• Lead the day to day management of the flex space and café area
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a warm and friendly engaging attitude while providing wonderful coffee and tea and other beverages
• Assisting with tours for potential occupiers
• Maintaining excellent standards across all front of house areas making sure that these spaces (and the Café space) are sparkling, comfortable and welcoming!
• Driving customer satisfaction across all the spaces you oversee
• Managing, selling and making coffee as the site barista
• Taking ownership of the entire lifecycle of occupier engagement from their initial onboarding to maintaining satisfaction as long term tenants
• Playing a key role in ensuring that the flex workspace and café operates efficiently

The ideal candidate:

The ideal candidate will be a confident and approachable leader who thrives in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment. Strong communication skills are a must

You will ideally have experience in managing daily operations and ensuring facilities run smoothly.

Barista knowledge and experience are essential.
