The Role:
You'll be responsible for delivering finance solutions to businesses in need. Your days will involve:

• Qualifying Leads & Outbound Calls - Engage with businesses to offer tailored finance options.
• Customer Interaction - Build relationships through face-to-face meetings or phone consultations.
• End-to-End Process Management - From identifying needs to closing deals, you'll manage the process with professionalism.
• Target-Driven Performance - Work to weekly and monthly KPIs while focusing on results.
• Retention & Cross-Selling - Keep customers happy with service reviews and identify cross-selling opportunities to maximise revenue.

What They're Looking For:

• Proven Sales Ability - Previous experience in Business Finance or Sales is a bonus, but not essential if you're hungry to learn and succeed.
• Cold-Calling Confidence - Comfortable reaching out to businesses and identifying opportunities.
• Excellent Communication Skills - The ability to build rapport and articulate finance solutions clearly.
