Job Title: Accounts Analyst (Permanent full-time)
Location: Leatherhead, Surrey (Hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home)
Salary: Up to 40,000 per annum

The Role:
As an Accounts Analyst, you'll ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial accounts while driving compliance and risk management. Your work will directly support decision-making and growth within our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review accounts for discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Perform risk assessments and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Conduct due diligence processes and complete internal audits.
• Generate insightful reports to guide business decisions.
• Support senior stakeholders with ad hoc financial analysis.

What We're Looking For:

• A strong background in accounts or financial analysis.
• Highly numerate with a keen eye for detail.
• Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in data analysis and complex formulas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly and confidently.
