This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Ground Remediation Engineer based in the South East/London seeking the next step in their career. An established remediation contractor with more than 20 years in the industry are seeking a skilled engineer to join their team. The successful Ground Remediation Engineer will be involved in a range of remediation projects from beginning to end, based out of their London office and on site. Projects will involve the identification and investigation of, treatment and/or removal of contaminated land and groundwater. You'll be responsible for developing remediation strategies, project management, verification reports and mentoring junior team members.

To be considered for the Ground Remediation Engineer position you should:

• Be experienced in the geoenvironmental/geotechnical/waste assessment/remediation industry, with a good foundation of knowledge.
• Be commutable in and around London.
• Have a relevant degree in geotechnical engineering, earth sciences, environmental management, geography, environmental engineering or similar.
• Have a good understanding of Phase I and Phase II site investigations.
• Have a full right to work in the UK.
• Hold a UK valid driving licence.
