Key Responsibilities:

• Build new business and manage existing client relationships using various communication channels.
• Maintain and update our CRM system with accurate information.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and provide tailored advice to meet customer needs.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR regulations and maintain up-to-date documentation.
• Manage detailed operational information effectively.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and enhance commercial relationships with clients.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service and a strong sales background.
• Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong general computer skills.
• GCSEs (A-C) in English and Maths.
• Excellent telephone manner and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, ambitious, and highly organized.
