Trainee Mortgage Advisor

We are currently looking for a Trainee Mortgage Advisor to join our clients, a nationally recognised Estate Agency in their Witham office.

Therefore, a minimum of CeMAP Level 1 will be required for this role and is a really strong opportunity if you're looking to kick-start your career or join a nationally recognised brand.

The position will be based in Witham with leads provided by the Estate Agency team.

The successful Mortgage and Protection Adviser will be offered:

• Basic Salary £22,000
• Car allowance

• OTE £35,000 - £45,000

Working hours:

• Full Time
• Monday - Friday and alternate Saturdays (with a lieu day provided)

Trainee Mortgage Advisor requirements:

• Driven to achieve targets and ability to offer excellent customer service.
• Ability to deal with 1st appointments and subsequent sign-ups.
• CeMap 1 qualification
• Full UK Driving license.

Responsibilities for the role of Trainee Mortgage Advisor:

• Liaising with Estate Agency staff to ensure effective referrals.
• Giving face-to-face advice to potential buyers in the branch
• Chasing potential leads and generating new business
• Providing a high level of service in line with compliance
