Band 6/7 Paediatric SALT

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced SaLTs to join a supportive team delivering a high-quality service to children and young people across Croydon.

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and intervention to children with speech, language, and communication needs (SLCN).

• Work across a range of settings including clinics, schools, and early years environments.

• Produce high-quality reports and contribute to EHCP processes.

• For Band 7: Lead the dysfluency caseload, provide supervision to junior staff, and support service development.

• Deliver group and 1:1 interventions tailored to the child's needs.

• Participate in multi-disciplinary team working and liaise with education and health colleagues.
