Position: Recruitment Advisor

Location: Rickmansworth

Rate: 16 - 19ph

Contract Type: Temporary

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday (5 days in the office)

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to find the perfect fit.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process with enthusiasm.
• Provide a top-notch candidate experience that reflects our values.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in recruitment or HR is a plus!
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour.
• A proactive approach with an ability to multitask.
• Excellent organisational skills to keep things running smoothly.
