We are seeking an experienced Early Years Apprenticeship Skills Coach to join our team on a temporary basis. This role involves assisting with the planning and organisation of the Early Years Apprenticeship provision and supporting the Curriculum Manager in curriculum development. This position is crucial for the expansion and development of the department and promoting various courses within the Apprenticeship provision.

• Assist in the effective planning and organisation of the Early Years Apprenticeship provision.
• Work closely with the Curriculum Manager to develop and enhance the curriculum.
• Provide high-level support to apprentices, ensuring their success and progression within the program.
• Engage in the promotion of the Early Years Apprenticeship and other related courses.
• Contribute to the overall development and expansion of the department.

• Proven experience in teaching and/or skills coach assessments.
• Minimum of Level 2 literacy and numeracy.
• Ideally a qualified Further Education (FE) teacher.
• Must hold an assessor award or be actively working towards it.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
