A leading provider of automotive testing and engineering services is seeking an Engine Test Technician to join their team. What They're Looking For:

• Engine testing/ and or hands on mechanical experience
• Formal automotive qualification or apprenticeship preferred but not essential.
• Hands-on engine experience, with strong knowledge of gasoline and diesel engine fundamentals.
• Skills in automotive fault diagnostics and a systematic approach to problem-solving.
• Basic fabrication and mechanical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation and setup of instrumentation and engine support systems.
• Validate engine operation and associated fluid, fuel, and boost systems in a test cell environment.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults in collaboration with engineers
• Perform servicing, hardware changes, and test cell setup for customer-specific test programs.
