Do you have an electrically biased Pre-construction/Estimation/Management background looking to join a successful business at a key point of growth offering the opportunity to upskill and and develop with ongoing training?

On offer is the opportunity to join a long established fast growing and successful business within their field. The majority of the work will involve office fit outs and refurbishment from conception to completion for blue chip clients.

This varied role is mainly office based with occasional site visits, it will involve you organising the pre-construction off the tenders, liaising with clients, estimating and budgeting, procurement and scheduling.

This role would suit someone with an electrical background within a pre0sconstuction/Estimation background or similar looking to join a successful business they can grow within.

The Role

• Pre-Construction planning of office refurbishments and fit-outs
• Overseeing subcontractors and issuing work/permits
• Estimation and Budgeting
