Part Time Transport Data Entry Clerical

We are recruiting for a part time Transport data entry Clerical to work for our client a leading Distribution company based in Dartford.
Staffline is recruiting for a Transport Clerical that will focus on data entry of accidents and incidents.

The pay is £15.08 per hour and you will typically work 2 days a week from 08:00 to 16:00hrs (16hrs a week)
Some flexibility will be required to meet the demands of the client.
This is a temporary / ongoing role with an immediate start. Training will be given once started.

Your Time at Work
As a Transport Data Entry Clerical, you will work in the site office with the transport team and undertake the following duties:

Data input of accidents

Entering accidents onto relevant computer data bases

Collating cost of an accident from 3rd party breakdown, repair suppliers

General filing, shredding and printing

Control of tachomaster data base

Our Perfect Worker
Our ideal Transport Clerical will have:

Previous experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

Previous Transport experience would be preferred but not essential

An understanding of Tachomaster is preferred but not essential

Strong administration skills including attention to detail, timeliness and accuracy

Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

Must have a flexible approach to working hours

Self motivated with a 'can do' approach

Good team player who can work on their own initiative
