Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead the commissioning of advanced automation systems
• Provide technical expertise across engineering and safety teams
• Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights
• Develop and implement best-in-class technical solutions
• Monitor and optimize system performance across our network

Project Excellence

• Guide automation projects from design through commissioning
• Ensure seamless operational handovers
• Collaborate with OEM partners on system optimization
• Lead technical assurance programs
• Develop and maintain engineering standards

Innovation & Optimization

• Create and analyze performance dashboards
• Identify and implement system improvements
• Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives
• Guide capital investment decisions
• Drive reliability and efficiency improvements

What You'll Bring

Technical Expertise

• Deep understanding of automated systems and robotics
• Experience with System Acceptance Testing (SAT)
• Strong background in performance monitoring and optimization
• Ability to analyze technical data and create actionable insights
• Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements

Leadership Skills

• Outstanding stakeholder management abilities
• Strong project management capabilities
• Excellent communication and influence skills
• Commercial acumen and budget management experience
• Ability to work autonomously and lead teams

Essential Experience

• Proven track record in automation project delivery
• Experience with large-scale automated systems
• Background in technical data analysis and dashboard creation
• Strong contractor management experience
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities in complex technical environments
