Data Analyst - Social Housing

TSA Surveying are currently working in partnership with a property consultancy and market leader who are looking for a Data Analyst to oversee the Stock Condition and RdSAP Surveys within the Social Housing Sector.

The key duties for the Data Analyst are:

• Ensuring all Stock Condition and RDSAP Surveys are uploaded in line with the Clients software and specification.
• Communicating with surveyors to ensure surveys are uploaded onto the portal on time
• Preparing postcode/property lists for surveyors.

Few other duties but we can discuss on call.

Desirable Skills:

• A sound working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and SharePoint.

• A strong Stock Condition and RDSAP background.
• A sound working knowledge of IT generally.
• Attention to detail and very analytical.
• An ex-stock condition surveyor/graduate BS surveyor who has prior experience in the field.

Salary - 33,000- 40,000 (DOE)
Hours - 37.5 hrs per week - 9AM to 5PM
Location - Farnham, Surrey.
