Assistant Quantity Surveyor

EMS (UK) Ltd are currently looking for a FULL TIME ASSISTANT QUANTITY SURVEYOR to join our successful team!

Since inception in 1992, EMS (UK) Ltd have successfully operated within the construction industry, growing to become one of the recognised industry leaders in Temporary Site Services in the UK working in partnership with many different contractors along the way.

This role has become available due to expansion within the company. The candidate will be reporting directly to the Senior Quantity Surveyor & will working closely alongside other members of the commercial team. They will be actively involved in the day-to-day functions and administration to ensure that we consistently continue to deliver upon our reputation and brand.

Ideal candidates will have the following -

Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Essential

• Basic ability to understand/ read payment valuations, applications, & contracts (Training Will Be Provided)

• Proven ability within computer knowledge (Mostly Microsoft Office)

• Strong communication skills within emails and telephone calls

• Financial and administrative ability

• A willingness to learn and develop

• Well presented & punctual

Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Not Essential

• Temporary Site Services Sector Experience

• Construction Sector Experience

• Full UK Driving Licence

Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Personal Requirements

• Be within a reasonable commute to our Head Office in South East London (SE28 0GW)
