Location - Essex

Salary - £25,000 (inc. Accommodation)

Overview
As a property manager you will be expected to work throughout an estate, performing various roles as required. Candidates should be flexible and willing to have everyday look different to the one before. This is a live in role, which includes a double room and all bills included that candidates will be expected to use.

Duties and Responsibilities

• General property maintenance, standard DIY tasks throughout the property.
• Grounds maintenance tasks to include; Trimming hedges, Mowing lawns, Planting/Pulling plants.
• House sitting when required, the property has several dogs so applicants must be comfortable around dogs.
• Performing driving tasks such as airport runs and collections.
• Vehicle can be provided for use, full UK driving licence is required.
