Building Surveyor

Our client, a leading consultancy in the buildings and rail sector, is currently seeking two experienced Building Surveyors to join their team in East London on a contract basis. This opportunity focuses on a hospital project, lasting between 6-12 months, starting in March.

• Conducting building surveys, inspections, and reporting within a hospital setting
• Interfacing effectively with MEP teams to ensure seamless project delivery
• Managing refurbishment, maintenance, and compliance-related works
• Ensuring projects adhere to healthcare regulations and building standards
• Providing technical advice and support to stakeholders

• Proven experience in hospital projects
• Strong understanding of MEP coordination
• Knowledge of building regulations and compliance within healthcare settings
• Chartered status (MRICS) desirable but not essential
