A specialist school just outside of Westbury are seeking a passionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their friendly team, supporting primary and secondary-age pupils in a nurturing and structured environment.

The Role:

• Based in a small classroom of 8 children, working closely with the teacher, fellow support staff and therapists.

• Providing one-to-one and small group support to help students develop communication, independence, and learning skills.
• Supporting children with emotional regulation and social skills, helping to create a safe and engaging learning environment.
• Using a range of therapeutic strategies such as PECS, Makaton, sensory play, and structured learning techniques.
• Working alongside experienced professionals, including speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, and educational psychologists, a fantastic opportunity to build experience in the field!
