SEND Teaching Assistant

This role provides a rewarding opportunity to support the educational and personal development of students with SEND.

Location: LEWISHAM, London
Position Type: Full-Time
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Long-Term Contract, 5 days a week

About the Role:

• Provide individual support to students with special educational needs.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Support students' academic, social, and emotional growth.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and SENCOs to foster an inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

• Experience with special educational needs is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassion, patience, and a commitment to inclusion.
