R&D Tax Senior Manager

I am currently working with a leading boutique R&D firm currently seeking an R&D Senior Manager to join their growing firm. This is a market-leading, innovative firm with a wide range of clients from FTSE 100 to SMEs, offering cutting-edge projects and the opportunity for you to be at the forefront of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of large, complex clients with a focus on innovation incentive advice
• Lead complex R&D tax claim preparation and advisory services
• Provide support for HMRC enquiries, disputes and settlements
• Contribute to full claim review, due diligence and bespoke innovation strategy projects
• Being at the forefront of winning new business for the firm
• Deliver tailored solutions to enhance clam value, efficiency and risk management
• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure a high level of quality to your portfolio

The candidate:

• ACA or CTA qualified
• 5+ years of experience in R&D tax for large businesses
• Experience working in a practice
• Strong relationship-building skills with complex organisations
• Entrepreneurial, proactive and motivated individual
• Team player with a passion for business growth
