• Salary: £40,000 - £47,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm
• Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time

About the Role
We re seeking an experienced AV Technician to join a leading facilities maintenance provider, supporting a state-of-the-art commercial office building in the Reading area. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a professional, high-end environment, utilizing and developing your expertise in audio visual systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing technical support for AV equipment and systems within the facility.
• Setting up, operating, and troubleshooting AV systems for presentations, meetings, and events.
• Performing routine maintenance, updates, and testing of AV systems to ensure reliability.
• Responding to and resolving AV-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
• Liaising with clients, facility users, and the wider maintenance team to deliver exceptional service.
• Ensuring compliance with all health and safety guidelines.

What We re Looking For:

• A minimum of 3 years experience in an AV Technician role.
• Strong technical knowledge of AV systems, equipment, and software.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
