We are recruiting a motivated and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate to join an "Outstanding" Special School in Lambeth as a SEN Teaching Assistant.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a specialist SEN setting. You will work alongside experienced teachers, SENCOs and external professionals, receiving valuable on-the-job training to support a future career in psychology, therapy, or education.

The Role:

Full-time SEN Teaching Assistant

Supporting pupils with a range of learning and behavioural needs

Providing 1:1 and small group interventions

Assisting class teachers with tailored support strategies

Working within a supportive and inclusive SEN environment

The Ideal Candidate:

Recent Psychology Graduate

Passionate about child development and inclusive education

Experience with children or young people (desirable but not essential)

Keen to gain practical SEN experience

Able to commit full-time in Lambeth
