Key Responsibilities:
Benefits Administration & Strategy
- Oversee the administration of benefit policies across multiple jurisdictions (UK, EMEA)
- Coordinate annual renewals and open enrolment processes
- Act as the primary point of contact for all benefits-related queries
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with local regulations
- Develop and manage benefits communications, including onboarding materials and policy documentation
- Plan and execute benefit-related events such as fairs and webinars
Global Mobility & Immigration
- Manage logistics for international relocations and assignments
- Coordinate with HR, legal, tax, payroll, and external vendors
- Oversee visa applications and ensure compliance with immigration requirements
- Conduct audits and maintain accurate documentation for mobility and immigration processes
Collaboration & Systems
- Work closely with the HR Ops Manager, Associate, and Analyst to support onboarding/offboarding
- Use Workday to manage benefits data and reporting
- Partner with internal stakeholders to continuously improve processes and service delivery
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Highly articulate with a polished, professional presence
- Exceptional attention to detail - accuracy is critical
- Strong experience in benefits administration across multiple regions
- Exposure to global mobility and immigration is a plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-touch environment
- Tech-savvy, with solid experience using Workday
- Strong academic background preferred, but communication and delivery are key
