PMO/Business Analyst

Marc Daniels is recruiting for a PMO/Business Analyst to join a FTSE 100 company based in Hounslow.

If you have experience with mapping and playbooks , then this role is perfect for you.

This is a hybrid 12 month contract role with great benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Mapping: Visualizing and documenting complex processes to identify areas for improvement, using tools and techniques like process flow diagrams and value stream mapping.
• Playbooks: Developing and implementing standardized procedures and best practices to ensure consistent and effective project execution, creating clear, concise, and actionable guides for project teams.
• Processing: Analyzing data and information to streamline workflows, optimize resource allocation, and identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for continuous improvement.
• Requirements Gathering: Eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders, translating them into functional specifications for project teams.
• Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicating with and managing expectations of various stakeholders, building strong relationships and ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Project Support: Assisting project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring projects, tracking progress, identifying risks and issues, and contributing to project reporting.
• Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process optimization and leading initiatives to implement changes, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
• Documentation: Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including process maps, playbooks, requirements documents, and training materials.
• Data Analysis: Analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions and drive process improvements.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in a similar role
• Ability to commute to Hounslow on a hybrid basis
• Attention to detail
