An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Management Accountant to join a dynamic and purpose-driven organisation in the sustainability sector in London. This hybrid role offers the perfect balance, with 2 3 days in the office and the rest from home. The salary on offer is £55,000 plus an excellent benefits package.

The organisation delivers vital services across multiple sectors and is known for its strategic growth and impactful work across the UK. As a senior member of the finance team, you ll play a crucial role in shaping financial strategy and supporting business performance.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead on financial forecasting, budgeting, and monthly reporting to senior stakeholders
• Oversee statutory accounts, VAT and tax submissions, and compliance reporting
• Provide strategic financial insight and performance analysis to guide decision-making
• Supervise and support junior finance team members, ensuring accuracy and development
• Design and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency

What Experience is Required

• Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with strong post-qualification experience
• Proven experience in a senior finance or management accounting role
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and data analysis tools
