Location: North Surrey

Package: £55,000 - £60,000 plus car allowance, travel and bonus

Skilled Careers are working with a Tier One Main Contractor who are looking for a talented Quantity Surveyor to work on a £25m Industrial project which is due to go onsite in the coming months so you will be on the project from start to finish.

The ideal Quantity Surveyor would be someone who comes from a Main Contractor background and ideally has experience in either NEC contract or Groundworks.

You would be working for one of the UK s leading Main Contractors who have a fantastic reputation of giving regular progression opportunities.

Responsibilities

• You would be working alongside the Senior Quantity Surveyor from start to finish on a £25m Industrial project.
• Assistance with the procurement of Sub-Contractors; Consultants and Suppliers.
• Contribution to the analysis of Sub-Contractors; Consultants and Suppliers tender returns.
• Preparation, co-ordination, and processing labour only payments.
• Carry out building work take-offs, measurement and scheduling exercises and preparation of bills of quantities for the procurement and sub-letting processes.

Requirements

• Quantity Surveyor who either has NEC or Groundworks experience.
