The Role

As the Administrator/Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, representing the company with a professional and welcoming demeanor.

• Greet visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and professional attitude.
• Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintain a clean and organised reception area.
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars for staff members.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and correspondence.
• Coordinate office deliveries, mail handling, and courier services.
• Ensure that all office systems and procedures are followed and updated as needed.
• Support various departments with general administrative tasks.

This role is just temporary cover for the month of March.
