As a Personal Care Assistant, you will be working closely with pupils who require additional personal and learning support, including assistance with mobility, hygiene, and daily routines. This role also functions as a SEN Teaching Assistant, where you'll support students' educational development while providing essential care in a classroom setting.

Key responsibilities:

Provide personal care and physical support to pupils with high needs

Support learning activities under the direction of the class teacher

Work 1:1 with pupils to encourage independence and confidence

Participate in regular education and training to enhance your skills
