Key Responsibilities:

Before the Exam:

• Collect and prepare exam materials in line with school procedures.
• Set up the exam room according to official regulations.
• Verify candidate identities and ensure correct seating arrangements.
• Distribute exam papers and necessary materials.

During the Exam:

• Monitor candidates to prevent malpractice and maintain order.
• Ensure all exam regulations are followed.
• Assist candidates with permitted queries in a calm and professional manner.
• Supervise comfort breaks under exam conditions.
• Manage exam timings and provide time reminders.

After the Exam:

• Collect answer scripts and exam materials in an organised manner.
• Ensure all papers are securely stored and returned to the exams office.
• Report any incidents or irregularities to the appropriate school authorities.

Requirements:

• Punctual, reliable, and highly attentive to detail.
• Professional, calm, and confident in enforcing regulations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow procedures.
• Previous experience in an educational setting is advantageous but not essential.
• Enhanced DBS check required (assistance can be provided if needed).
